Use bottom tree Striker, find an event, kill enemies with your super.

Masterwork weapons generate orbs on... I think it was multikills.

You can upgrade any legendary weapon into a masterwork which will generate the orbs.

Yes master worked weapons work too, but let's assume OP can easily press f to super but not so easily master work a weapon.

Most of the time it only gives super energy, but there are some armor perks that give you additional ability energy, and are a couple weapons that can use orbs.

anything that isn't a heavy, the easiest way to get masterworks is to turn in planetary materials to the vendors for a chance to obtain a masterworked weapon

Ikelos shotgun from EP, Recluse smg from ranked pvp, Service Revolver hand cannon, actually almost every handcannon(Augurium and Trust being worth mentioning as well).

I think the Black Armoury is F2P content, the hammerhead is pretty solid and you cna et it fairly simply by picking the MG as your purple frame from Ada.

not all of it tho, you need forsaken expansion to get access to exotics and mysterioous box from black armory.

I think you get Hammerhead by default just for unlocking and finishing your first forge.

Hammerhead. You're going to need to dump a bit of resources to get it to Masterwork status, but it shreds.
